It’s back! After a 7 year pause, the Deer Lake Trail Run is back. Come to rural Killingworth, CT to run (or hike) the Deer Lake Trail Run. The challenging 5(ish)-mile course, involving almost 500 ft of elevation gain, traverses the 250+ acre property and offers many scenic views as you navigate the ever-changing elevations on well-marked trails. This is a true trail course, and the technical nature of the terrain will mean that you will be exposed to rocks, roots, possible mud, etc. There will be awards for male & female winners in each age group listed below as well as the overall male & female winners. ENTRY FEES
$30 through March 15th
$35 March 15th – April 15th noon
$40 April 15th – April 25th noon
$45 on race day (cash or check ONLY on race day)
AWARDS:
Awards will be given to the overall male and female winners and the male and female winners for each of the following age groups:
0 – 12 yrs. (Please note that anyone participating under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult along the entire racecourse)
13-19 yrs.
20-29 yrs.
30-39 yrs.
40-49 yrs.
50-59 yrs.
60-69 yrs.
70+ yrs.
